Return Process

  Log in to your Horze account or visit our online return portal to select the items you wish to send back and print your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring that horse rugs are free of hair and equipment is clean and unused.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned gear, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
